    Paraphrasing 

      Our climate is influenced by two sources of heat and cold, they are the sun and the Antarctic. The cold water moves north and combines with the hot tropical water. Such process helps to cool the surface water and the atmosphere. Human activity influences the weakness of this regulating system and even endangers it.

     As determined by Kathleen Yancey in the 20th century drinking was illigal, however everyone knew where he could get a liquor. The police were totally helpless against the organized crime. Jazz became greatly popular, and musicians, such as Bix Beiderbecke, Louis Armstrong and Count Basie, became the leaders of the children in America. Moreover, women began to cut their hair and wear short clothes. The US had totally radical changes. 

      More than a thousand of people die on bicycles every year, half of this number are school-age children. That's caused by head injuries which could be prevented if people wore helmets. There was a study that found that helmets decrease the risk of damages by 85 percent. Thanks to the helmet in an emergency the head is cushioned. 

      Matisse is one of the best painters of the modern art. His works make you feel as if you are close to the things which have been  painted. "The Casbah Gate" is a tremendous example of his creation. Its colors and scenes bring you to the painted place.

     The Sears Tower is one of the best-constructed skyscrapers, the architects and engineers have relinquished the research for the tallest building in the world. Yet people guess how tall a building could be. Engineer William LeMessurier has already created a building twice as tall as the Sears Tower. And architect Robert Sobel declares that actual methods could allow us to construct a 500-story building.
